Job Description

A Digital Marketing Expert is required to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, and to elaborate the company’s web-based marketing strategy to promote the company’s brand, attract visitors, and potential leads, and generate internet sales. They should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. A digital marketing expert will work with the marketing and supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time vis-a-vis on budget. Responsibilities: • Plan and implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s website. • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising. • Oversee SEO of websites, blogs, and social media channels. • Collaborate with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and optimize for search engines. • Oversee management of updates, design, and user experience on digital channels. • Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs). • Conduct and report analysis of the website to draw recommendations around website optimization and CRO. • Collaborate with web development and design teams; provide guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company’s web presence. • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. • To be eager informed of new technologies, trends, and digital marketing tools and conduct these ideas into consideration when building new campaigns.

Requirements

Education and Experience: • At least 3 years of relevant previous experience. • MBA, or MS degree in marketing or other related fields. Specialist knowledge: • Marketing strategies, campaign design, social media analysis methods, management, content creating & marketing. Soft Skills and Personality traits: • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. • Digital advertising experience in Google Ads. • Relevant experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Experience in optimizing Google Ads campaigns. • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. • Working knowledge of web design principles and content management platforms. • Proficiency in Excel.
