•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best in class, high-impact digital campaigns across channels including display, paid search and social media that drive results for the business. •Being the digital pioneer for strategy, planning, development, execution and analysis, working closely with several teams to execute and deliver campaigns that are aligned with overall business objectives •Coordinating email campaigns; this includes creating email templates, deploying campaigns, and building website-landing pages when necessary •Setting and optimizing performance indicators for SEO that are understandable and which complement overall marketing and business objectives •Preparing email and social media metrics reporting for analysis •Assisting in the creation of segmentation, targeting schemes, A/B Testing •Setting and optimizing performance indicators for SEO that are understandable and which complement overall marketing and business objectives •Ensuring marketing activity supports a seamless customer experience and is a reflection of the appropriate brand identity, and ensures digital campaigns are integrated to larger marketing campaigns and/or customized for the medium to deliver greater overall performance. • Maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.

Requirements

•2-3 years’ experience in the digital marketing and marketing field •BS/MS in marketing, digital marketing and management •Proven knowledge of graphic design principles, layout and production of high-quality print and/or online material •Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, Email, Social Media and/or display advertising campaigns. •Up-to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. •Having Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google analytics and Google AdWords) and Adobe Photoshop. •Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production •Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. •Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services •Familiar with Illustrator, InDesign, Frame maker, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML 5, and CSS is an advance •Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
