Job Description

● To develop and implement procedures for identifying the advertising needs of digital P&S. ● To prepare advertising and promotional material to ignite the commercial performance of MTNIrancell digital products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies. ● To confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or products to be advertised. ● To provide presentation and product demonstration support while introducing new products and services to field staff and customers. ● To collaborate with team members to compile lists and/or informative catalogs describing product or service offerings. ● To participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services. ● To plan channel development approaches to increase customer awareness of MTNIrancell's digital P&S portfolio. ● To analyze various approach methods and funnels to identify the best approach style for each digital customer segment. ● To initiate communication campaigns for potential customers to increase the digital subscriber base. ● To design, plan and execute for increasing digital NPS through promoting MTNIrancell digital P&S. ● To design the digital communication plan for the digital P&S and execute it in contact with the agencies. ● To plan and execute the SEO project for the digital P&S and manage the communication with the related vendors ● To track the SEO progress on different digital P&S and plan for the required actions. ● To prepare regular reports and analyses on the digital advertisement of digital P&S. ● To administrate and execute the plans for the social media of digital P&S. ● To plan the communication channels for contacting vendors and using their media to promote MTNIrancell digital P&S. ● To plan and execute market research to define the persona and the market appetite for the digital P&S in communication with the related teams and the related agency.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; an MBA graduate. ● At least 3 years of experience in channel marketing; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
