Job Description
1. Handle the related administrative tasks including: organize and conduct the required meeting
with our internal and external customers.
2. Take the regular and effective follow up with our customers.
3. Track the progress of defined advertisement process and conduct the operational steps to get
them done.
4. draft briefing papers, correspondence and other documentation for projects and the day to day
running of a variety of functions as directed.
5. Execute marketing campaigns based on schedules and budgets
6. To be able to organize and manage digital assets.
7. Monitoring, analyzing and reporting campaigns’ performances and partners vs. metrics and
KPIs.
8. Work with internal teams to meet customers’ needs and address marketing campaigns in
terms of segmentation, channel and inventory utilization, invoicing and payments, etc.
9. Oversee day-to-day activity of partners and their lifecycle
