Job Description

•Objective: This position is responsible for the development and delivery of digital/direct marketing programs which drive incremental Taar revenue. We seek a professional with experience in B2B marketing to support the Taar marketing team including email, lead generation, websites and other digital marketing tactics. Content development will be a major responsibility within this role so the ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and creative development. •Main responsibilities: -Create engaging and relevant content and creative for email marketing campaigns including landing pages -Measure, track, optimize, and report on campaign performance -Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the parameters of target groups and best practices for tailoring content accordingly -Maintain our overall messaging platform and align editorial and graphic content and ensure ongoing, integrated consistency; Partner closely with corporate brand team on all communication initiatives -Support other creative/content development as required including web, sales collateral, videos, and sales banners

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Communications, Journalism, Web Design, Marketing, or related field -3 to 5 years of experience as a B2B marketer, ideally in airline or logistics industry -Knowledge of CRM and campaign management. Experience using enterprise-level email service provider platforms -Understanding of design principles -Working knowledge of HTML/CSS -Strong grammar and punctuation -Excellent creative, journalistic, and interpersonal skills -Ability to collaborate, cooperate and be flexible -Expertise with graphics and video editing programs -Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (ex: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as video production and Microsoft Office programs -Proven track record developing B2B revenue-driving email campaigns -Experience with marketing automation
