Job Description

● Defining category short-term and long-term growth strategy considering competitors and market conditions. ● Defining assortment and brand strategy. ● Vendor hunting strategy definition and lead generation management. ● Owning category sales in Tehran and other cities, setting targets for input KPIs and monitoring them in order to achieve sales target. ● Vendor segmentation and specified plan for main partners. ● Managing distribution of vendors in different areas. ● Splitting category targets between different vendor segmentations. ● Managing home pages and vendor pages of Tehran and other cities. ● Live vendor and performing vendor rate management ● P&L management. ● Managing Hunter and KA agents to achieve the goals of the category. ● Category operation and legal challenges management. ● Defining campaigns, Home page management, and conversion rate improvement. ● Defining and managing category improvement projects and working with other teams in order to implement the projects.

Requirements

● Category knowledge (Market conditions, brands, and products, main players of offline and online, competitors). ● Knowledge of strategic planning. ● Knowledge of analytical thinking. ● Knowledge of people management. ● Leadership and ownership. ● Strong negotiation skills. ● Cross-departmental communication. ● Team working. ● Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). ● Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
