Objective of the role:
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Support Engineer to help us accomplish the primary goal of automating, monitoring, troubleshooting and scaling services by collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members.
List of responsibilities:
- Maintain Network and Services up and running
- Configuring, Monitoring, and Logging tools
- Troubleshooting; Following problems and presenting solutions
- Developing and executing Load/Stress Test
Reporting to: CTO.
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9am - 6pm.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: 15 million toomans .
-University Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree in Computer or IT .
-Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years of technical experience in software development or operation.
-Specialist knowledge: Linux, Docker, Ansible, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Load Balancing, Nginx, MongoDB, Redis, proxmox.
