Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Support Engineer to help us with tackling our customer support issues in the Iran, whether that be queries regarding Network, Server, Cloud or Software. However, your focus will lie within: - Maintain Network and Services up and running - Configuring, Monitoring and Logging tools - Troubleshooting; Following problems and presenting solutions - Developing small applications - Creating the technical documentations, diagrams and reports

Requirements

- At least a bachelor's degree in Computer or IT - Over 5 years of technical experience in software development or operation - Fluent in Linux Operating System - Good Knowledge and Experience of 3G and 4G Core network - Good Knowledge and Experience with Monitoring systems and softwares - Expert understanding of network protocols such as HTTP(S), SSL/TLS, SSH, IPSec, - Experience in implementing data center - proficiency on HP server and storage resources - Software Development - Wireshark software skills - Ability to On call 24*7 - Ability to work in rotating shifts (Days and nights) Familiarity with: - Network (Network+ , CCNA ,CCNP) - IDE like Android Studio, XCode - Virtualization e.g. VMWare products. - Database technology such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL - Load Balancing tools - Security Network concepts - C# , Java ,Sim card app developer
