Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Support Engineer to help us with tackling our customer support issues in Iran, whether that be queries regarding Network, Server, Cloud, or Software. However, your focus will lie within:
- Maintain Network and Services up and running
- Configuring, Monitoring, and Logging tools
- Troubleshooting; Following problems and presenting solutions
- Developing small applications
- Creating the technical documentation, diagrams, and reports.
