Job Description

As part of Banimode DevOps team within CTO the Individual will configure automated application builds and deployments for various Application Platforms via a delivery pipeline (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) onto various Testing and Production Environments. The individual will effectively partner with various development teams to streamline the tools, build and deployment process in line with enterprise tools & standards. Responsibilities & Duties • Operating and leading in a matrix organization with a global footprint. • Presenting complex topics and feedback to senior stakeholders. • Mentor teammates from a technical and soft skills perspective. • Provides software delivery technical guidance to development teams. • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision makers. • Must be able to work with minimal supervision. • Excellent organizational skills with knowledge of different methodologies, tools and techniques. • To work in a matrix environment and demonstrate keen negotiation skills to find win-win opportunities • Git/BitBucket, • Artifactory, • Jenkins, • Ansible, • Maven, • XLR Release • OpenShift • Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle • Write documentation, environments and procedures.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Infrastructure and Software Configuration Management • 3 -5 Years’ experience in performing DevOps role (Environment Provisioning, Continuous Deployment, Application Deployment and Orchestration) • Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Reproducibility, Traceability, Concurrent Development strategies. • Analyze and recommends DevOps Tool Chain for CI/CD. • Experience in Building and Releasing software. • Ability establish deployment and release pipeline across diverse tools • Strong Infrastructure (Provisioning, Service Configuration, Orchestration, Monitoring) experience using Ansible • Demonstrated scripting abilities (Shell, Python). • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels of technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks. • Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities. • Highly adaptive and working as part of an extended team. Education and Experience • Experience in e-commerce environment would be a plus. • Excellent English language skills. • Experience with Agile / SCRUM / Jira
