Job Description
-Design & Define Quality Orders throughout Manufacturing Cycle (Raw Materials, In Process, Finish Goods) -Handle the lab testing equipment, preparation of work instructions -Product Trials & Approvals from Customer Production Line (RFT Approval) -Develop & train the staff with given Targets -Product Supervision at Production Floor to give RFT Approval from Quality Control - Preparation of samples for customers - Conduct tests and prepare test reports - Follow up problems and adjustments of samples and products - Samples Development & approval from Customer Lab “Right First Time (RFT Approval)- Concept”
Requirements
-Good Knowledge on “New Product Development as per Customer Requirement” -Skilled in “Product Modification/Customization as per Customer Test Plan / Requirements” -Must be Skilled on “New Raw Material Evaluation & Introduction System” -Must have good skill on “Color Development & Color Matching -Must Have Effective Customer Line Trouble Shooting Skills -Must be Professional in “Customer Site/Projects Visit & Inspection for best & effective solution Provision on Right Time” -Must have good soft skills to Develop Product Data Sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets & Suggest Coating System based on Customer Requirement & Field Visits -Must have good team management skills -Must Have good knowledge on International Testing Methods/Standards Like ASTM/EN/BS/NORSOK Systems. -Have good knowledge to develop 5S & Safety Standards in Lab -Should have good knowledge to use Microsoft Excel, (ERP experience is preferable) - At least 5 years of paint technical or R&D experience, with a focus on formulation development or R&D projects. - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry or related field OR equivalent years of experience. Master's degree preferred.
