Job Description

● Implement and coordinate people performance review process. ● Collect, consolidate and report performance review results. ● Coordinate and organize talent review processes. ● Coordinate and organize succession planning processes. ● Drive the “To Be” skill mapping process. ● Develop and provide a skill assessment toolkit. ● Drive the skill assessment process. ● Coordinate skill assessment results and define skill gap priorities. ● Implement skill gap development and training. ● Ensure internal communication of capacity building plan rollout. ● Promote and implement team-building initiatives across the company. ● Develop and apply job leveling and career paths within the company in collaboration with the compensation and benefits office. ● Implement and manage annual learning and development plan.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Management (related fields) or Industrial engineering. ● Expert in employee retention approaches. ● Familiar with human resources processes. ● Strong Learning and development knowledge. ● Knowledge of performance management systems. ● Fluent in English. ● Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills. ● Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.
