Job Description

Collaborating in the preparation of control plans and HACCP design to provide the qualified controlling infrastructure. Controlling items in the warehouse to ensure its adapting with food safety requirements. Perform tests related to product testing and inspect in order to identify and solve problems. Controlling production process to ensure its adapting with the quality and food safety principles. Supervising the production process to ensure compliance with control plans. Supervise the disposals of unusable items in accordance with legal requirements Participation in customer complaints process and issues analysis in order to provide solutions related to the field of quality control. Monitor and control the storage of raw materials and products in order to increase their useful life. Monitor and permit the clearance of products at all stages of the process to ensure that healthy products are delivered to customers. Membership in Food Safety and R&D Teams in order to progressive designing and controlling.

Requirements

BA Degree or greater, Experienced in profession, food knowledge, HACCP, ISO 22000, People Management, professional in excel, professional in MS Office, High Responsibility, learning of experience, Competence at work with others,
