Job Description

-The Deputy Managing Director (DMD) main job responsibility is to ensure execution of overall operational activities of in line of the directives of MD in order to secure maximum profitability. - Establish work procedures, schedules and workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations. - Provides leadership and direction in the execution of short and long range plans and coordinates inter-department functional activities. - Provides professional advice to the MD including financial conditions, current and future needs. - Prepares a variety of studies, reports and related information for decision-making purposes. - Delivering success through a team of experienced Managers working alongside them, inspiring and motivating them through personal impact, passion and credibility. - Identifying, pursuing, and expanding business opportunities.

Requirements

Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (MBA), preferably with first degree in IT with a good knowledge of software Experience: A minimum of six years of progressively responsible experience in Managing and Strategic Planning. Experience in leading and managing sizable work units is required. Language: Fluency in written and oral English is required.
