Responsibilities •Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission •Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives •Making high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits •Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the department’s legality and business ethics •Providing financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements •Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure business survival and growth •Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders •Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the business

We are looking for an experienced Deputy CEO in Spare Part Industry to lead all strategic and operational aspects of our E-commerce. You will be the first in command in the department and responsible for creating a successful team, which can get financial results. Main scope of business is: •More than 3 years, proven experience in managerial position in the same field of business •Well-experienced in managerial position in the e-commerce. •An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills •Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision •Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. •Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles •In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices •Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills •MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
