Job Description
- Holding and participating in meetings related to the activities of the marketing and sales team (product development meetings and sales growth) and ensuring the documentation of all programs. - Statistical analysis of sales data and preparation of sales forecast for each product using appropriate statistical models and ensuring the calculation and monitoring of forecast accuracy. - Holding and participating in demand review meetings and ensuring the active participation of the sales team in the process of preparing the forecast for the agreed demand of all relevant units. - Monitoring secondary sales (sales of the distribution company) and ensuring the maintenance of the appropriate inventory level in the market and considering its relationship with sales forecasting. - Planning aspects of demand management in the production of new products to ensure timely delivery to the market.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor / Master of Industrial Engineering / Data Analysis. Nature and length of previous experience: At least 10 years of activity in the planning unit of FMCG companies, including 5 years of managerial experience. Specialist knowledge: - Full control over the basics of supply chain management (CPIM) - Complete mastery of statistical Forecasting Methods and Statistical Forecasting Methods - Complete mastery of Distribution Requirements Planning - Familiarity with inventory control methods (Inventory Control Methods) - Familiarity with production processes and rules and regulations governing the food industry - Skills in the professional use of the required software, including Excel - Skills in organizing, planning and managing time in performing assigned tasks and long negotiations - Familiarity with English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
