• Establish new dealers based on company’s target in planned regions and cities.
• Search and find applicants.
• Monitor dealer’s standardization and the whole process of building 4S dealers.
• Check the accept 4S dealers and give the grade.
• Check and audit dealers in sales and after sales.
Requirements
• BS/BA degree preferably industrial engineering or fresh graduated from famous university.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in dealer development scope and network auditing & planning (preferably in automotive industry).
• Familiar with auditing and monitoring dealers.
• Familiar with ISQI auditing process.
• Fluent English.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
