Job Description

• Building algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, interrogate and extract data for tailoring reports to colleagues, customers or managers. • Using machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to problems • Testing data mining models to select the most appropriate ones for use on a project • Maintaining clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results • Assessing the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques and improve data collection methods • Developing custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. • Conducting research from which you'll develop prototypes and proof of concepts • Looking for opportunities to use insights/datasets/code/models across other functions in the IranTalent. • Staying curious and enthusiastic about using algorithms to solve problems and enthuse others to see the benefit of your work. • In-depth understanding of machine learning concepts across all areas, in particular; supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science • 3+ years of related working experience • Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development. • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. • Experience working with and creating data architectures. • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications. • The ability to come up with creative solutions to complex problems; • The ability to work independently with little supervision, but integrate well into teams;
