Requirements

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a team-centric, result-oriented who is determined to make the impossible happen. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the start-up and/or tech ecosystem who can bring energy, experience, creativity, and perseverance to our Data team. The following lists a few requirements and nice-to-have qualifications - Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams. - Effective project management, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - At least one year of experience in working with data. - Experience with one general purpose programming language (e.g., Java, Python) - Experience designing data models and data warehouses. Experience in SQL and NoSQL database management systems. Postgres desirable. - Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems. Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP is a plus. - Develop and implement high-quality reliable data pipelines that convert data streams into valuable information using a variety of ETL tools - Experience with back-end development - Experience with building and consuming APIs - Having experience with a big data framework such as Spark, Hadoop, is a plus.
