Job Description
• Support Data Center/ IT Infrastructure Projects, including HW Installation, Network Connections, HW Health Check, Documentation, Reporting • Support IT Infrastructure operation, HW physical problems review and resolve, connection failure resolution, • Installation team management, internal communication and customer communication • Physical Issue tracking, problem solving • Manage to raise change requests and change implementation of physical installations/Maintenances • Manage to replace faulty/damaged HW/Connections
Requirements
• BS/MA in Computer/Electronic Engineering and related field • Resident of Tehran • At least 5 Years of working in IT Infrastructure and Data Center environment • Ability to organize and manage team and multiple tasks • Team player who works well with others • Good communication skills both Farsi and English • Familiar with Data Center Environment and supporting areas • Extensive Experience of IT Infrastructure Hardware components and related HW installation (Servers, Storages, Switches, Libraries,) • Extensive Experience in passive network installation and related standards , optical fiber connections , electrical connections and related terminals • Familiar with Electrical power distribution in Data Centers(AC/DC) • Familiar with operating systems • Familiar with network infrastructure
