We are looking data center expert, for Main responsibilities: -Monitor servers for hardware and software alerts to ensure a high level of data integrity and availability -Work on support tickets and interact directly with clients -Work with other departments to ensure that Operations service levels are being met and exceeded -Enforce company security policies and other compliance requirements -Good knowledge on how to assemble and troubleshoot server hardware -Perform upgrades to existing systems, such as servers, storage arrays, and equipment racks -Understanding of RAID technology, configuration and troubleshooting -Experience in production level support for Windows and Linux server OS including provisioning, monitoring, backups, updates -In-depth knowledge of VMware, and cluster technology
