Job Description

•Main Objective: As Data Analytics Manager, you will be leading a team of data analysts with access to a large dataset of customers. You and your team will be challenged to run exploratory data analysis, user behavior analysis and provide practical solutions across the country. You will also monitor the main business KPIs by prepare dashboards and generate reports based on your findings to the stakeholders. The role is highly impactful with goals that directly impact the company’s targets at the front line of the business. •Main Responsibilities: -Extract, audit, and cleanse data required for decision-making or creating models -Run exploratory data analysis with statistical methodology and create data models -Generate business insights and provide practical recommendations -Design and develop metrics and dashboards to improve performance, reduce costs, and making key business decisions -Produce written documentation to support your work, generate conclusive reports based on your findings to present stakeholders -Run ongoing monitoring and evaluations -Defining project scope, work break down, prepare a timeline and manage to deliver within deadline
