Job Description

● Study and analyze current customer experience conditions vs. corporate and universal standards, ● finding gaps and improvement areas ● Optimize interactions with customers by developing and implementing strategies for improving customer engagement ● Define the customer journey in relation to each of the brands ● Have close collaboration with the marketing team and other departments ● Design and hold training sessions for CCO and merchandizers in line with customer experience strategies

Requirements

● More than two years of experience in similar fields. ● Strong communication skills. ● Strong multitasking skills. ● Good problem-solving skills. ● High cross-functional leadership. ● Fluent in English
