Job Description

- Keep records of shipping and clearance process - Tracking clearance status to meet the deadlines and preparing clearance status reports - Preparing all required shipping and clearance documents and keep record of soft and hard copies - Checking relevant service bills and arrange for payments - Cooperation with Financial team on payment records - Solve problems on shipping and clearance services - Preparing reports for Supply Chain Manager - Competent & experienced to manage planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups, health and other necessary certificates etc. - Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations - Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process
