- Monitoring of CRM activities. - Design and develop the process of customer service. - Providing analytical reports - Provide Technical support of software and platforms for the clients. - Follow up the issues to make sure there are resolved.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management field. - BS or Master in any IT related fields, Industrial Engineering or Management in Banking fields. - Having good communication and negotiation skills. - Having strong knowledge of banking solutions and concepts. - Having strong team-working skills. - Having experience in call center and software support.
