-Doing customer service, Customer support and Customer care. -Able to use a CRM Service. -Having good public relationship. -Doing after sales customer care. -Managing Customer club. -Doing Satisfaction Surveys. -Doing market researches. -Analyzing data and reports. -Being able to have good corporation with management, staff and customers.

Requirements

-Having the knowledge of negotiation techniques. -Full mastery of office software (especially word and excel). -Having high expression power and public relations. -Familiar with CRM software. -Ability to complying and submitting CRM reports. -Preferably familiar with the insurance industry. -Fluent in measuring customer satisfaction. -Being able to process customer complaints.
