Job Description

- Interact with customers, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service. - Customer orders positioning and handling. - Ensure customer satisfaction. - Resolve problems and communicate well with customers.

Requirements

- B.A. in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management / MBA - At least 3 years’ experience in the same position. - Familiar with customer satisfaction surveys, market researches, sales, analyzing data and reports. - Preferably familiar with the FMCG industry. - Skilled in CRM software - Self-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, active - Good communication skills - English proficiency (Turkish language proficiency is a plus)
