We are an international OTA (Online Tourism Agency) with more than 600 employees. We are looking for full time customer service expert. Employment locations include Tehran, Erbil and Baghdad with below specifications: • Communication with the customers • Identify and handle customer needs and complaints to achieve satisfaction • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries

Requirements

• Full command of Arabic or Kurdish, second language could be English or Persian • Strong communication skills, phone contact handling and active listening • Self-motivated & learning lover Preferably familiar to the tourism industry • Payment: Negotiable
