-Identify and handle customer needs and complaints to achieve satisfaction -Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries (phone and email) -Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports -Control and Track the sales process -Check payment process *It’s a Full Time position

-Minimum Bachelor's degree -Minimum 1 year of related experience -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening -Highly skilled in relationship/people management -Being familiar with customer services -Having strong problem-solving skills -Be friendly, professional, and polite -Advanced in Microsoft Office -Responsible and committed -Proactive learner -Fast Typing -Be patient -Familiarity with English -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 30 *Flexible Work time (Day and night shift)
