Job Description
-Full A-Z responsibility for customer orders (from order entry to invoice, all order types), in very close tandem cooperation with the responsible sales representative(s)
-Communication with the customers related with production, shipment, lead times
-Monitoring of trade items dedicated to her on a weekly basis and close cooperation with the trade items inventory management responsible
-Responsibility in case of a need for export and import procedures
-Preparing reports that were requested by his/her manager
-Respond prompt to all customers inquiries (samples
-Documentation requests - product inquiries – prices)
-Administrative handling and follow-up of claims in close cooperation with the sales dept. and sustainability manager
-Back-up of Customer Services colleagues
-Sending of the invoices to the customer via internet or courier
-Direct shipment organization from distributor to customer
-Follow-up commission payments and tracking of the payments via SAP
-Communication with Omya International for new projects, improvements in the system, training etc.
-Visits to customers with sales in case of a need
-Presence during physical inventory in case of a need
