Job Description

- Follow up the Air/ Sea/ Truck and Transit shipments. - Be in contact with the clients, shipping lines, representatives and foreign agents. - Inform clients the updates and notices related to the shipments. - Track and trace the orders with foreign agents by Email. - Arranged payment of freight and other charges or collection of payment on behalf of the client.

Requirements

- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in shipping or transportation companies. - Knowledge of Microsoft office as Outlook, Excel, Word. - Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Positive attitude in teamwork. Work well with others and complete work with integrity. - Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. - Ideal Age Range: Max 35 years old. **************************************************** Reporting to Head of Department Every Day Desired Start date: As Soon As Possible
