Job Description

- Follow up the Air/ Sea/ Truck and Transit shipments. - Be in contact with the clients, shipping lines, representatives and foreign agents. - Inform the clients the updates and notices related to the shipments. - Track and trace the orders with foreign agents by email - Receive shipping / border / arrival notice from agents and send same for clients. - Experience in EPL system for uploading manifests - Releasing Delivery order to clients - Arranged payment of freight and other charges or collection of payment on behalf of the client - Arranged courier and specialist hand-carry services


- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Be familiar with Paint - Other Skills: Patient, Punctual Quick and Exact person - Ideal Age Range: Max 35 years old - Language Skills: Fluent in English - Current Residence: Tehran - Experience: at least 2 years of experience in shipping or transportation companies **************************************************** Reporting to: Freight Forwarding Manager Desired Start date: As Soon As Possible Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM/ Thursday from 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM
