Job Description

● Take orders of sales representatives according to sales targets. ● Create orders in the SAP system. ● Coordination of the Logistics team for dispatching finish goods to a sales representative. ● Continuous and regular follow up by sales representatives and follow up them inventory status. ● Regular Updating of customer service reports and send to managers. ● Optimization of a customer service system by continuous reports. ● Decrease logistics cost by respecting principles and rules approved between sales and Logistics.

Requirements

● Customer-focused. ● Flexible. ● Teamwork skills. ● MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ● Communication skills. ● Negotiation and problem-solving skills. ● Analytical thinking. ● Familiar with ERP’s (SAP).
