Job Description
-Supporting existing and new customers in the best possible way is your main responsibility -Customer Orders Positioning and handling -Products sampling procedure control -Price management and quoting to customer with coordination by sales team -Customer request management and handling -Logistic following up and handling with customers -Orders negotiation with Non-Standard Payment Terms with coordination by sales team -Following up lost offers due to Price -Overdue follow up with coordination by sales team.
Requirements
-B.S. /B.A. in business administration, sales or relevant field -Proven experience 2 - 4 years in sales or customer service rolls -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels -Excellent organizational skills -Ability in problem-solving and negotiation -High level of team working skills and responsibility -Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines -Computer skills (MS Office, esp. Excel & PowerPoint) -Customer-focused and consumer drive skills -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, team worker -Excellent command of the English language (Writing & Speaking) -Gender Preference: Female
