Job Description

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team on our journey, as Customer Service /Operational assistant with below qualification: Customer Service Assistant Provide supports to business management: accept orders, check and process the order in SAP (or the relevant ERP system) Receive specific customer queries and pass them on to the responsible persons Carrying out all necessary contacts and correspondence with customers or superiors in Germany Checking customer orders (e.g. product, specification, price, payment and delivery conditions, delivery date and packaging) Updating customer-related and material-related master data in SAP Register and follow up customer complaints in CRM Follow up with customers on overdue payments Coordinate preparation of shipping documents for customers Arrange shipment of samples from Germany to customers Interact with colleagues from Headquarter, Regional hub, and Local office to follow up relevant topics to customer needs Coordination of visitors, meetings, seminars related to the Business Line AC activities

Requirements

At least 3 years of work experience in customer service / order processing. Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Business Management High level of customer orientation and being able to pro-actively anticipate the needs of customers Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping and being familiar with import documentation e.g. INV, PL, PI, BL, CO etc. Experienced in processing orders in the chemicals industry with a preference in importing chemicals from abroad Good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative to resolve issues Willing to learn new tasks and develop technical knowledge of the relevant products Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English - spoken and written is mandatory
