Job Description

- Doing all matters related to the customer - Advice to provide the most appropriate service - Updating and daily control of customers 'projects and receiving customers' requests and presenting them to the relevant teams for implementation - Monitoring how to provide customer service - Project management, costs and resources - Implementing a customer satisfaction measurement program - Provide periodic reports

Requirements

- Familiar with sales and marketing knowledge - Familiarity with the principles of customer service Introduction to digital marketing - Familiarity with the principles of administrative correspondence and reporting methods - Full control of customers' financial situation and payments - Good communication - Responsible, accurate and punctual - At least 3 years of relevant work experience - Minimum degree: Bachelor of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, English, MBA
