Job Description

- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of customer complaints - Customer information analysis - Preparation of Satisfaction Reports - Monitor and coordinate the responsibilities and issues of message center experts - Answering the questions of the message center experts in the field of registration, follow up, customer complaint inquiry

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant work experience - B.A or M.A degree in management - Being fluent in English language - Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Excel skills - Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
