• Building omni-channel marketing campaigns to engage customers [Push, In-app, Email, SMS, web push] • Building automated activation, reactivation, service awareness and etc., programs to increase CLV and retention • Running ad-hoc promotions initiatives to keep daily transactions growth balance • Tailored communication with customers based on behavioral and customer history analysis • Planning and executing customer life cycle engagement programs • Planning programs and campaigns for boosting customer loyalty

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in a CRM Marketing automation role • Having experience for working with all marketing channels • BA degree in business or engineering • Having strong analytical and problem solving abilities • Zero mistake mentality • Familiarity to automation systems and the experience of using it • Experience in designing and managing push notifications
