Job Description

- Increase customer’s frequency and functionality in using the different services, generally expand customer lifetime value - Work with data to define different campaigns in order to increase the cross service transactions and loyalty - Development of eCRM strategy and communications plan to support key revenue streams - Analysis of campaigns performance - Consistently giving new ideas, implement them, then analysis based on the data and optimize the current process - Cooperation with commercial in order to translate business requirements into campaigns and loyalty program processes

Requirements

- Strong analytical skills - Ability to work with data and making data oriented decision - Demonstrate excellent planning, organizational and time management skills and an ability to work with competing priorities. - Good knowledge of Excel - Passionate to learn consistently - Willing to contribute new ideas and articulate them to a variety of stakeholders and not just execute on existing ones - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good knowledge of English - Having experience with automation services is advantage
