Job Description

● Understand the overall business model for each of our business lines and identify the different areas of impact to CX. ● Work alongside the CX and Business Line teams to carry out data analysis projects and derive. insights that help the teams understand the customer profile and prioritize action points accordingly. ● Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports. ● Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality. ● Understand the company data structures, business processes, tables to run relevant queries. ● Collaborate with the internal and external data team to understand the business requirements and propose data solutions. ● Manual exploration of data and making reports on an urgent basis when required. ● Create applications that can automate manual tasks such as clicks, scrolling and form filling, etc.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in STEM from a reputable institution. ● More than 2 years of experience in analytical roles involving designing customer support strategy and experience is required for succeeding in this role. ● A self-starter and learner. ● An ambitious soul with a passion and interest in data. ● A friendly personality to get along with everyone in the company. ● An SQL expert, with a hands-on understanding of joins, case statements, and aggregate functions. ● Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Selenium, Sci-Kit learn, NumPy libraries. ● Experience with BI Tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio would be a plus.
