• Proven experience in customer club • Proven experience work in CRM / CSM • Doing the related events • Answering Customers' calls professionally • Presenting Customer Behavior Analysis in customer club • Presenting Customer Behavior Analysis • Analyzing the new needs of the organization and updating the customer relationship management system (CRM) • Creating new Ideas • Communicate well with customers • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently • Preparing management reports • A customer-oriented attitude • Utilizing technology to handle a high volume of calls • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor OR MASTER OF SCIENCE. Other certifications obtained: Bachelor Requirement’s analysis, compiling documentation to develop the system Nature and length of previous experience: Proven experience in customer club/Proven experience work in CRM / CSM -Answering Customers' calls professionally/Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
