Job Description
At Zarrin as a Consumer-centric organization, we are looking for a junior and passionate Customer Care Specialist to foster profitable long-term relationships with consumer and customer, improve and enhancing product quality, which result in both customer and consumer satisfaction based on the needs and opinions received from them, the key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
• Consumer Data analysis, social listening on different media to figure out the latest feedback theme and provide a periodic report
• Accountability to the requests and needs of the client and consumers from telephone, internet, and presence channels based on the standards specified in the organization.
• Tracking of defective and distressed products from the consumer to address them at the lowest possible amount of time.
• Review of information on the date of production, expiry date, packaging, and to ensure the distress of the defective packages.
• Communicate with the consumer if necessary.
• Proceed of sending the defective packets to the central factory to check and fix the problem.
• Recording defective package information (check-in social networks) such as Digikala, Instagram, nini site, etc. for knowledge and information about consumer opinions and reporting to the unit director
