Job Description

● Interact with multiple streams such as NWG, ITS, MKT, Finance, Digital, Legal, etc. for integration and troubleshooting of new services and features as well as network expansions and new node integration. ● Manage design and implementation of CS-IMS on Network Function Virtualization and Cloud architecture to support the business objectives of MTNIrancell. ● Manage core elements of the CS, IMS, and SVC networks from a planning perspective. ● Design and delivery of new core services to MTNIrancell customers ● Ensure the Core Network provides capacity and functionality in line with the business plan and traffic growth. ● Manage installed capacity over traffic growth and interconnect interfaces and highlight shortages. ● Evaluate CS core KPI and manage to achieve related core network key performance indicators and quality that have a direct relation to customer loyalty and qualitative perception of MTNIrancell network. ● Provide support to Senior Manager and other teams in introducing new products and services in cooperation with Marketing. ● Provide support in the integration of the legacy CS network or IMS-SVC network elements into other network elements such as Radio access network, IPBB, PS, TX, OCS, PCRF, EMM, provisioning, billing, etc. ● Ensure CS, IMS core network performance, and capacity to achieve financial targets on both CAPEX and OPEX. ● Follow up with vendor for the feature set activations as per network needs. ● Plan and service delivery of TOR, EOR, and CE routers for Cloudcore networking. ● Engage with various vendors to align strategy for evolution on higher technology, Cloud Native, and Service-based architecture. ● Manage Core Network re-design and modernization towards Containerized and Microservice architecture. ● Design solutions to Deploy 2G/3C/4G/5G NSA and SA convergence in one core. ● Manage network design and architecture for MVNOs as per company plan. ● Collaborate with related teams in the implementation of National and international roaming for CS services.
