Job Description
•Main Objective:
As a company in the field of Barcode& RFID, we need to develop our proprietary software to handle our customer database. In this regard, we need CRM admin with a good practical knowledge and sense of CRM systems.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Develop new plugins, workflows and web services in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
-Discover, document, and analyze organizational processes
-Define common access rights, such as private
-Public read and public read/write Permission for accessing the data across the organization
-Provide training and ongoing support for internal users related to systems (report building, data quality, new integration)
-Administration and Management, Customizing, Reporting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
