With our super-app, we are transforming the lifestyle in Iran by enabling our customers to use services like internet taxi and bike, food order and deliveries, hotel, buses and flight bookings, mobile recharge, items deliveries through bike, car or pickup truck and many more services within one app. We are looking for a position of “CRM Lead- Super-app”. If you possess extra ordinary communication skills, have a good commercial sense, possess strong analytical data driven mind-set and also have a knack for creativity and innovation give us a shout out now. What you’ll do: Suggest strategies to perform cross-venture CRM activities and recommend on possible campaigns Regularly review and assess cross-venture campaign performance Optimize campaign performance through ongoing test & learn Co-ordinate with various team members from business units and ventures and suggest initiative possibilities from CRM standpoints. Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights

Requirements

Proficiency in English both in written and speaking is mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Knowledge of programming languages like python, R is preferred Able to work with multiple stakeholders across different ventures Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising CRM campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and convert Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
