Job Description

- Always being update including sales, marketing, trade marketing, QC, R&D, products specification - Answering incoming calls - Call back - Making happy call - Recording data in CRM software - Sorting data - Preparing system report - Sending complaints forms to sales team - Ordering products - Coordinating with sales team and delivery system - Follow up sales team - Close ordering tickets process - Closing all quality complaints tickets monthly - Checking all received reports from organization daily - Using CRM software (web base) - Updating knowledge items weekly - Helping in quality consumer test projects - Receiving reports for changed samples from sales team monthly

Requirements

- At least a BS/BA degree - At least 2 years of experience in related fields. - Call management skills - Anger management - Customer orientation - Stress management - Time management - Team working - ICDL Knowledge
