Job Description

-Analyzing and monitoring a firm's practices with existing customers -Helping to ensure that retention levels are as high as possible -Analyzing data to find ways to attract new customers -Following data gathering and data mining to update customers’ portfolio -Reporting all the customers demand under VOC tolls and end customer response level -Following and organizing ongoing projects


-MBA, Management and Industrial Engineering -Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related position -Excellence in statistical analysis -Creative thinking ability -Great effective communication -Expert in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) -Excellent written and verbal command of English -Ideal Age Range: 22 - 30
