Job Description

Job Purpose To support rendering services to consumers and customers in order to improve customer and consumer satisfaction of the organization. Job Responsibilities (Duties) - To scrutiny and separate the returned products to the warehouse for sending to the quality unit. ● Continuous communication with the nationwide sales team in order to follow up on the process of replacing defective packages and the process of delivering them to the warehouse. ● To communicate with the consumer to coordinate if necessary. ● Ro record the information of defective packages in the voice of customer (VOC) software. ●To control the inventory of received samples (Sample) in order to send to the customer and consumer. ● To provide the daily inventory reports.

Requirements

● Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● +1 years related experience in the CRM, QC filed. ● Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Software ● Proficiency in Technical reporting. ● Great teamwork attitude and Stress Management. ● Consumer and customer orientation. ● Strong written and oral communication skills.
