Job Description

Job Definition: CRM Manager is an in charge of successfully manage customer relations by being a liaison between the company and the customer. The manager monitors customer satisfaction and devises ways for the company to better serve customers. Description of activities: - Determine specific CRM strategies to retain customers - Manage CRM promotions including planning, budget and risk management, through execution and related analysis - Maintain excellent customer relations and communications with internal and external customers by organizing CRM management - Organize and Lead CRM's team to meet objectives and targets, using established internal processes - Support sale team by CRM’s activities and teams - Participate in Planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Requirements

- 5 Years practical experience related to CRM or marketing in food & dairy industrial - Ability to work in a matrix structure with dual reporting with a high degree of business acumen - Education Bachelor Degree in Sales, Mass Communication - Fluent understanding and proven capability in managing teams, B2B CRM, planning and deployment - Fluent in English - Problem solving
