Job Description

- Identify current status of customer relationship management systems - Check the status quo, extraction and documentation of customer contact channels - Extraction processes and guidelines in the field of Customer Relationship Executive - Offer new solutions in the field of customer relationship management systems based on strategy and business needs - Goal setting for customer relationship management system - Capture and analyze new needs of CRM - Contribute to development of strategic vision of how the sales and marketing team can use CRM for making positive changes - Report Project and performance progress to managers - Re-engineering processes

Requirements

- BSc in business administration, IT, industrial engineering and other related degrees. - 1 year experience in the field of CRM - Team working ability - Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Analytical skills - Self-motivated and challenging - Good communication - Related experience
